Classroom works closely with Secondary schools all over London helping them to find dedicated and experienced Teachers and Cover Supervisors.  The Secondary team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to both our clients and candidates alike. 

 

The team has a vested interested in Education and is comprised of Jenna, Kelly and Caroline, all of whom have experience teaching and recruiting in the UK and abroad.  We have a good understanding of the demands that supply teachers face as well as the challenges that schools face in recruiting their ideal staff.  Our aim is to match perfectly the attributes and capability of each individual with the requirements of each Secondary school.

 

We aim to go the extra distance to ensure that the teachers we provide to schools are of the highest quality.  We pre-screen our teachers using an in-depth questionnaire prior to registration.  We also ask teachers to provide us with feedback from past lesson observations and sample lesson plans to help us get an honest and clear idea of their capabilities in the classroom.  Our schools deserve the best teachers; we have implemented these extra vetting steps to ensure that’s exactly what you’ll get.
