Option One:  Advertising Package: £1500.00

•       From advertising creation through to media planning, response and rejection management, our service provides you with expertise not only with the management of the process, but also development of your Employer Brand.

•       Saving you time, money and effort, this service will deliver measurable results from your recruitment advertising.

Option Two:  Candidate Shortlisting: £750.00

 Why not route the entire shortlisting process to a dedicated Account Manager.  We’ll profile the role requirements and present you with clearly defined criteria for each candidate, allowing you to quickly and simply select your shortlist.

 

Option Three:  Interview Process: 300.00

Using a range of psychometric and competency based interviewing techniques, we will provide you with a detailed synopsis of each candidates suitability for shortlist and % fit to your role.

 

Option Four:  Compliance Validation:  £300.00

Audited by the REC to ensure we comply with the DofE Quality Mark, we can complete the entire candidate eligibility process, quickly and efficiently reassuring you of their suitability for your role.

 

Option Five:  Referencing: £300.00        

Gathering references can be a time consuming process with little value.  We will ensure you have detailed and meaningful references which can confirm your candidates suitability to join your school.  And help you to understand the most appropriate way to develop their skills in the future.

 

Option Six:  Candidate Decline Process: £80.00

We know that the declining unsuccessful candidates can be a long and time consuming job.  Pass the whole responsibility to us, to ensure every candidate feels as motivated about being rejected as they would be being accepted.  On-going career advice and other job options will be offered to support their search.

 

Option Seven:  Executive Search

With our experienced team, we will provide you with the resources to manage the entire Recruitment Lifecycle and deliver results at the speed you need.  And with the minimum amount of fuss.
