Long Term Vacancies

We recognise the importance of providing exceptional quality workers for all positions within our learning provision. We take our role very seriously and ensure each and every candidate has been carefully interviewed, vetted and where necessary, tested to ensure they are capable of the job they are responsible for.

Our Support Division encompasses a number of key roles for every school. We provide the following candidates;

• Teaching Assistant: Assists teachers in their classrooms, including preparing and tidying away materials and equipment and supporting individuals or small groups of pupils/students.
• Cover Supervisor: An experienced classroom practitioner who delivers pre-prepared lessons in the absence of a class teacher, ensuring that the pupils/students' development is continued and maintained.
• Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA): Complements the work of teachers in the classroom, and makes a substantial contribution to the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational activities for individuals, groups and whole classes.
• Learning Support Assistant (LSA): Delivers educational activities to individuals or groups of pupils/students under the guidance of a teacher, and provides support within the classroom.
• Special Support Assistant (SSA): Delivers educational activities to individuals or groups of pupils/students in a Special Needs setting.
• Additionally will contribute to the support of SEN pupil’s day to day routines
• Nursery Nurse: Works as a professional in a team providing quality care and education to promote the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of each child, and supports effective teaching and learning in designated classes.
