'Classroom is our preferred choice of agencies for providing teachers and teaching assistants to cover staff absences. The quality of the staff is always very good and they are very clear about their roles and the expectations of them. I know that the vetting procedures are rigorous and have been explained to me. This means that I can feel secure that the staff provided are safe to work with children. The documentation related to vetting procedures is very clear and was a valuable piece of evidence in a recent Ofsted inspection in supporting our safeguarding procedures.
