Agency Workers Regulations

The Agency Workers Regulations, in place from October 2011, have been introduced to protect Temporary or Interim workers rights.  Ensuring all workers have pay levels matched to their Permanent colleagues after working for 12 weeks with an employer means that workers can be reassured of pay equality.  Whilst the administration of the regulations could be considered an onerous task, by partnering with a reputable agency, the implementation can be easily achieved.  At Classroom Limited, we provide knowledge and advice to our clients and candidates along with expertise and support throughout implementation.  We are fully compliant with the terms of this legislation and will continue to monitor to ensure our candidates are always treated fairly.  Our priority is to provide cost effective service for our client balanced with fair pay and treatment for our candidates.
