Agency Workers Regulations
The Agency Workers Regulations, in place from October 2011, have been introduced to protect Temporary or Interim workers rights. Ensuring all workers have pay levels matched to their Permanent colleagues after working for 12 weeks with an employer means that workers can be reassured of pay equality. Whilst the administration of the regulations could be considered an onerous task, by partnering with a reputable agency, the implementation can be easily achieved.
