Meet the Secondary Division Team...

The team has a vested interested in Education and is comprised of Jenna, Kelly and Caroline, all of whom have experience teaching and recruiting in the UK and abroad.  We have a good understanding of the demands that supply teachers face as well as the challenges that schools face in recruiting their ideal staff.  Our aim is to match perfectly the attributes and capability of each individual with the requirements of each Secondary school.

 Jenna is an experienced recruiter in the Secondary Division. She has been working in Educational Recruitment placing teachers at Secondary Schools in London for 6 years. Jenna graduated from Rhodes University in South Africa with a Degree in Human Kinetics & Ergonomics and a PGCE (PE & Human Social Sciences). She has experience supply teaching and recruiting for London Schools and has a good understanding of the demands supply teachers face and what it takes to make a successful transition from teaching abroad to teaching in London.

Kelly is the newest member of the Secondary team at Classroom. She recently joined the company after having worked as a Drama and Learning Support Teacher in South London for three years. Originally from Canada she actually began teaching in London thanks to the Secondary team at Classroom. She had an overwhelmingly positive experience with the company which, she says, is what inspired her to change gears and go into recruitment.  She is excited to be working in the Education sector from a new perspective and joining a team she already know and trust.

Caroline joined Classroom after spending two years working for charities in Thailand and in London, helping to improve the literacy of underprivileged children and adults. She is very pleased to have joined the Classroom team and is especially enjoying building relationships with our Primary and Secondary teachers.  Her aim as Candidate Consultant is to source exceptional quality candidates well-suited to our schools, as well as providing a high level of service and care to our teachers on a daily basis. She is especially keen to help grow Classroom’s client reach while simultaneously helping teachers to stay connected through the use of social media outlets such as Facebook and the Classroom blog.
